Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
To prevent fraudulent orders, it is important that the shipping and billing information match. Failure to match this information may result in the cancellation of your order or payment failure.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To guarantee the successful and timely delivery of your package, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. To receive your package as expected, please double-check your address during checkout.
As part of our commitment to ensuring a smooth and secure delivery process, we exclusively use Royal Mail for all our shipping needs.
For international shipments, please be aware that shipping times may vary and can take up to 15 business days or longer. We also use Royal Mail for international shipping, and it's important to note that shipping fees are determined by Royal Mail to ensure transparency and accuracy in pricing.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
At The Baddie Kloset, we are committed to providing you the upmost quality products and customer service. Please ensure that the billing and shipping address matches to avoid order cancellations or issues during checkout. Standard order processing is 1-7 business days with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). During major sales, our order processing time is 7 to 14 business days.
Your order will ship once payment and processing time clear (depending on the method you selected) at checkout. For orders placed prior to 2 pm (GMT), order processing will begin that business day, If placed after 8 pm (GMT), an additional day will be required for processing.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays DO NOT count as business days, and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust Royal Mail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges or cancellation of order.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items are hot-selling items that we plan to restock. We offer this so you have a chance to buy before they sell out again! The processing time for pre-orders is usually 2-3 weeks. You can find the estimated shipping details on the product information page, so be sure to check there. If you need the item right away, pre-order may not be the best choice. Instead, select an item that is available and ready to ship (any item that does not say pre-order is ready to ship).
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any order or an order is returned, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from any store credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do understand how much of an inconvenience this may cause. However, if you experience this issue, please contact Royal Mail immediately to file a claim. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, please contact Royal Mail to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office with a picture ID.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Currently, we do not have specific dates on when we restock items. To stay updated, please visit the product page and click the notify me button. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a notification as soon as they are back in stock.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our clients, The Baddie Kloset reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, The Baddie Kloset reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
